Next to JOSEPHINE “JO” HOOK, William Slank was one of the most insane people to walk the streets of Neverland. When people turned his direction, he hissed, just so he could get a rise out of them. He took his reputation seriously, and it took a lot of effort to keep his named something that should be feared. When people spoke of him, he only laughed and agreed. Though he holds a bit of hatred for SMEE, he took his demotion as a gift, now freeing his time up to do what he wanted. He did miss, however, being able to pull rank on his fellow Pirates, though he often forgot about that little detail. Thankfully, his comrades still respected and feared him… for the time being.

William was adopted at the bright age of seven by Walter and Patricia Slank. At age eighteen, his adoptive parents vanished without a trace, and William inherited everything. Quickly, he squandered his inhertiance, but found that he could easily make more money through manipulation and fear. After moving to Neverland, he struck up an alliance with BIG CHIEF, moving his product across the state. After a while, he wanted his own place and found a job with Jame Hook. Working up the ranks, James saw fit to make him Vice President. But after Jo took over, things changed, and William was less than pleased with the result.

William was often found in Maxine’s diner, terrorizing the waitresses in any which way he could. He had found a special target, CALLY HOWELL, admiring her attitude as well as her looks. Though he noticed WENDY DARLING, he made sure to avoid the mayor’s daughter. The last thing he needed was a police investigation. But, with friends like JAMES SMITH, what need he fear?
